ACT 537 Links

ACT 537 - A copy of the Sewage Facilities Act of PA that was passed in 1965.  This Act provided for the establishment of the WCSC in Washington County.

ACT 537 Administration - Contains a copy of the latest forms that the DEP requires the WCSC to use, including Perc Test Reports, Task/Activity Reports, and Application for Expense Reimbursement.
