Property Documentation Requirements
The following
documentation requirements must be followed by surveyors when
working with property owners and the WCSC for sewage
septic-related property surveys.

Surveys must
show every lot in the subdivision, including residual.

Surveys must
show the stamped copy of the surveyor's seal.

Surveys must
show all surface waters.

Surveys must
show lot lines and lot sizes of all lots in the
subdivision.

Surveys must
show all existing and proposed right-of-ways.

Surveys must
show orientation to North.

Non-building
waivers:

The developer
can not use a non-building waiver if the lot even
remotely resembles a future building lot - unless the
lot is "Z-lined" onto an adjacent lot with an
existing system or an approved perc site.

The
non-building waiver paragraph ( from DEP
form 3800-FM-WSWM0349 ) must be on original and all
copies of the survey.

The
non-building waiver paragraph must indicate the exact
lot/lots to which it applies.
